# Using the Database Collection Viewer

Within each project you create, there is a dedicated tab called **Databases**. This tab is where you can create, edit, view, store, and delete your databases. Let’s see how to locate and view the databases you have previously created.

## <mark style="color:blue;">Locating Your Database</mark>

To find your database inside a project:

1. On the app **homepage**, go to the **My Work** tab on the left sidebar.
2. All the folders you have created, as well as those created by others, will be listed.
3. If you cannot locate the folder in the list, type in the folder name under **Search Folders.**
4. Click on the folder you wish to open.
5. Head to the **Databases** tab. A list of previously created databases will be displayed.
6. To locate your database in the list, type in the **name** of your database in the search box.
7. Your database will be displayed in the search results.

## <mark style="color:blue;">Deleting a Database</mark>

If there are databases you don't want, you can simply delete them from your project.

1. On the app **homepage**, go to the **My Work** tab on the left sidebar.
2. All the folders you have created, as well as those created by others, will be listed.
3. If you cannot locate the folder in the list, type in the folder name under **Search Folders.**
4. Click on the folder you wish to open.
5. Navigate to the **Databases** tab. A list of previously created databases will be displayed.
6. Search and select the database you wish to delete.
7. Click the **Delete Items** button to enter the delete mode.
8. Click the **delete** icon inside the selected database.
9. Click **Yes** to confirm the action.
10. The database will be deleted from the list.
11. Click **Done** to exit the delete mode.
