View Members
This section describes how to view Members registered in the app.

View Member Details
On the Members search page, type the required Member name on the Search Members box to filter the required Member or use the filter boxes on the Sidebar to filter specific Member records with given criteria.
Click the
icon on the top menu to view the column names of the search list.
Click the Quick info icon
next to a Member record to view a quick detail widow on the selected Member.
Click on the Name of a Member to go to relevant Member detail page.
Edit Member Details
You can view and edit the selected member's information, such as their title, first name, last name, and site, in the Member details tab.
To edit Member detail:
On the Member search page, search and click on the Name of a Member to go to relevant detail page.
Click the Member Details tab.
Basic Member detail will be displayed.
Hover over the Member Details section and click the Edit icon
that appears to the right.
Edit the relevant detail as required and click Save.
Click the Login Details tab. The Login Details tab displays the Login ID and the User Group configured for the respective member.
Hover over the Login Details section and click the Edit icon
that appears to the right.
To change the member's current User Group, select the desired User Group from the provided User Group list.
Click Save.

Enable the Login link on the sidebar:
Click the Work Information tab. The Work Information tab lists details about the member’s organization, branch office, work location, and other related information. To edit work information, complete the following steps:
Hover over the Work Information section and click the Edit icon
that appears to the right.
Add/edit the relevant detail as required and click Save.
Click the Contact and Preferences tab. The Contact and Preferences tab is used to customise preferred date, time, currency, and language formats of the member. Also, manage how the member receives notifications, whether by email, text, or both. To edit Contact and Preferences information, complete the following steps:
Hover over the Display Settings section and click the Edit icon
that appears to the right.
Edit the relevant detail as required and click Save.
Hover over the Notification Settings section and click the Edit icon that appears to the right.
Add/edit the relevant detail as required and click Save.
Delete a Member
To delete a member and their user account from the system, complete these steps:
On the Members search page, search for the required Member and click on the Name of the Member to go to relevant detail page.
Click the Member Details tab.
Click the Delete this Member link or Delete
icon on the Sidebar.
Confirmation message will appear. Click Delete to continue or click
on the message box to abort.
Tip– If the Member User account you need to delete is in use, you may hide it instead to remove it from the active Member list. For more details, go to the Hide a Member section below.
Hide a Member
If the Member account which you want to delete is in use by the App, a message will appear stating that the Member is in use and cannot be deleted.
Click Hide this Member instead to hide the respective Member record from the active search list. A notification will be visible on the Sidebar on the right, stating that the Member is currently hidden and the Member record will no longer be available for operations in the system.
Sidebar Features in Member Detail Page
Following operations regarding a Member are available on the Sidebar of the Member Detail Page.
View User Details of Member on User app
All members are initially configured in the Organization app. Only those requiring login capabilities will have their details extended and managed within the User app; members without login needs will remain exclusively in the Organization app.
To view User details of a member on the User App, complete the following steps:
On the Members search page, search and click on the Name of a Member to go to relevant detail page.
Click the Member Details tab and click on the member’s name. A pop up window appears.
On the pop up window, click the User ID.
Respective User Detail page will be displayed on the User App.
Add User Profile Picture
To add the profile picture for a Member User Account:
On the Members search page, search and click on the required Name of the Member User to go to relevant detail page.
Click the Member Details tab.
In the Sidebar, click the Edit link under the profile picture section.
Click the Take a picture link to capture an image with the live camera.
Click the marked area to browse and select a picture for upload. Or simply drag and drop the image to the marked area. Selected image will be uploaded.
To remove the current image: Click Edit link under the uploaded image, click Remove this picture
link.
If you want to close the profile picture’s Edit mode, click the Cancel link.
