HOW TO USE THE GUIDE
This guide is for Administrators and other users who perform operations related to Organization application.
Firstly, you shall refer to the Introduction section to have a basic knowledge on Organization Application and to know how to get started.
In this guide, Organization Application is grouped into 6 steps. The steps and the main titles under each Step are shown in the Organization Application Process section. The steps are sequentially described under the chapters in the Guide. You will find the steps described under chapters as stated below:

Access Rights to Use the App
Authorised Users – To Perform Organization Operations
Users are configured and grouped into User Groups in User App.
User Groups are given access rights to perform operations in each App according to the customer requirements.
Authorised Users to perform certain operations are the Users in a specific User Group with relevant User Roles to perform respective operations.
Users shall obtain access rights to perform operations in each App, based on the User Roles of the User Group to which the Users belong.
If you have any issues regarding access rights, please contact your App Admin or the System Admin.

Icons used in Forms and Fields
You will find following icons in creations forms or field edits for easy access of quick actions.

Search icon —Click this icon to open search window for the selected field. You can easily search required values with filters.
Pinboard icon—Click this icon to view Pinboard. Pinboard icon on the top right toolbar displays all the pinned items by the logged in user. Pinboard icons on search forms/ sidebar displays pinned items on the pinboard of the relevant object type. (e.g. If you click the Pinboard icon for Location box, it will display the pinned Locations.
Add to Pinboard icon —Click this icon to add required object(s) to the Pinboard. Keeping the required objects as pinned items on pinboard, helps users to select them in app operations promptly and easily.
Calendar icon —Click this icon to pop up calendar view. You can select required date from calendar.
Clock icon —Click this icon to pop up time selection. You can select required hour from time list.
