Manage Hidden Departments

Hidden Departments search page lists the departments removed from the active Department list, but still remain in the system user database.

Path

Settings icon -> Manage section -> Hidden Departments

To view Hidden Departments, follow the steps given:

1. Click the icon on the top to view the column names of the search list on the Hidden Departments search page.

2. On the Hidden Departments search page, type the name of the Department in the “Search Hidden Department” box or use the given filter boxes on the Sidebar to filter the relevant records.

3. Click the Quick info icon next to a Department record to view key information on the selected Hidden Department.

4. Click on the required Department name to go to its detail page.
