# Generate Custom Reports

This section describes the following report features:

* How to export the reports to MS Excel
* How to view pre-designed reports
* How to get the reports e-mailed to you

1. Reports page will appear.
2. Export the Reports to MS Excel
   1.    2. **Download Report** link will appear to download the report, after export is complete.
3. View the pre-designed Report
   1. To view a report, select the required report name and click on it. A dialog box will appear.
   2. Click **Generate Report** to generate the respective report.
4. To get the reports e-mailed to you
   1. Select the required report name and click on it. A dialog box will appear.
   2. Click **Have this report mailed to you** link to get the respective report emailed to your email account.
   3. Select the **frequency, starting on date** and the **Covering**.
   4. Click “**Save Settings”** to save the configured settings.

If you have already configured e-mail settings for similar reports, it will be displayed on the window.

Required Settings to get reports e-mailed to you

To find the reports those are scheduled for delivery via e-mail, click the link “**View your reports**”.
