The first step in a Session in the IBMS PC Wizard is Location configuration. In this step, you need to configure the relevant location for your Asset(s).
To configure the required Location of the Asset:
First, select the relevant Location Type of the Location, you are going to configure. To do this, select the relevant Location Type from the Location Type section on the left.
Once you click the relevant Location Type, all the configured Locations under the selected Location Type will be listed in the Locations section on the right.
To proceed with Location configuration; If the required Location is available:
Select the desired Location of your Asset from the Location list displayed on the right.
Use the Search facility to quickly find the relevant location.
Upon selecting the desired location, it will be applied as the Location and displayed under the Location step in the PC Wizard. The Location step will then be completed and indicated with the tick symbol .
To proceed with Location configuration; If the required Location is not available:
Select the relevant Location Type of the Location, you are going to configure from the Location Type section.
Click the Add button in the Locations section on the right. Add New Location window will open.
Type the Location Name.
Location Type will be automatically filled.
Choose the Parent Location of the Location you are going to configure.
Enter the name of the Location you want to display.
Click Add. The Location will be added and listed under the Locations section.
Select the newly configured Location. It will be listed under the Location step and the step will be marked as completed. The completed step will be indicated with a tick symbol .
