Equipment Configuration

After selecting the Zone, the next step is to configure the Equipment.

To configure the Equipment:

  1. First, click the Forward arrows to proceed to the next stage, which is the Equipment stage.

  2. At this stage, the information required to configure the Equipment is already collected from the previous stages in the PC wizard. You can see the relevant record under the Equipment section. The Asset Name will be displayed as the Equipment name, and previously configured Equipment Template and Zone also be shown.

  3. Click the Convert Asset to Equipment button.

  4. After clicking the Convert Asset to Equipment button, a tick symbol will be displayed to indicate that the Equipment has been successfully configured.

If you navigate to the iviva IBMS app after converting Asset to Equipment, you can view the configured Equipment. The Points in the Point Template will also be displayed in the IBMS App. However, the Points are still not configured.

After configuring the Equipment the system will not permit you to modify the pre-configured data from the previous steps in the PC wizard.
