Equipment Template Configuration

After configuring the required Asset, the next step is to configure the relevant Equipment Template.

To configure an Equipment Template:

1. First, click the Forward arrows to proceed to the next stage, which is the Equipment Template stage.

2. All available Equipment Templates will be listed under the section Equipment Templates. Select the relevant Equipment Template.

3. If the relevant Equipment Template is not available:

   1. To add a new Equipment Template, click the Add button . Add New Equipment Template window will pop up.

   2. Enter a name for the Equipment Template in the provided text box.

   3. Briefly describe the Equipment Template in the Description box.

   4. Click Add. The new Equipment Template will be added and listed under the Equipment Templates section.

   5. To add a new Point Template, under the Point Templates section, click the Add button . On the Add New Point Template window, enter the Point Name, Date Type and then click Add.

   6. All the Point Templates (under the selected Equipment Template) will be applied. Therefore, there is no need to select Point Template(s) in this stage.

4. If the required Equipment Template is available, select it. The selected Equipment Template will be configured in the Session.
