The iviva.DX Mobile App is available for download on both the Google Play Store and Apple App Store, ensuring accessibility for both Android and iOS users.
Component 1: Displays the Domain Name that the mobile app will connect to. This field is pre-filled with the server address where the iviva.DX platform is hosted.
Component 2: Shows the User ID field, which typically represents the login username of the individual attempting to connect the mobile app.
Component 3: The Passcode field provides a secure entry for the user's mobile access credentials, used during QR-based mobile authentication.
Component 4: The Regenerate QR button allows users to generate a new QR code for secure and updated mobile device pairing, in case the existing code has expired or requires refreshing.
Component 5: Displays the QR Code used to scan and connect the mobile app to the iviva.DX platform. Scanning this code with the mobile device enables quick and secure login without the need for manual credential entry.
